This mark is used for deformation monitoring, do not alter the ground mark in any way. 25 mm stainless steel pin set in 0.30 m dia concrete block 0.02 m above ground level. Replacing and 0.08m lower than 0.05 m dia iron pipe (27 Feb 1995). Bridge spike as buried mark. See SO 12095 for offset details.
